RECOMMENDATION #1

Xero HFS

The HFS is a relatively new addition to Xero Shoes’ ever expanding line up of great barefoot shoes. We love the sporty style and high-level of design. While this shoes is made for road running, we find it a great option for running errands or a night on the town.

Why we love Xero Shoes

Xero Shoes has created one of the most well-rounded lineups of barefoot shoes. They continue to release exciting new designs while ever-improving their existing designs.

RECOMMENDATION #2

Splay FREESTYLE

The Splay FREESTYLE boasts a classic design at an affordable price. This unisex shoe is made with 100% cotton uppers and has a versatile “go-everywhere, do-everything” outsole. The natural materials conform to the feet and become more and more comfortable with each wear.

The FREESTYLE is now available in leather.

RECOMMENDATION #3

Lems Primal 2

The Lem’s Primal is one of the original barefoot shoes and it’s still a fan favorite. With the release of the Primal 2, the shoe has become more refined and even better looking. One of our favorite features of the shoe is the extra roomy toe box. This is definitely a shoe you’ll want to wear whether you’re hanging around town or exploring up in the mountains.

Why we love Lems

Lems has been around for a long time and knows how to make quality shoes that look great. While not all of their shoes meet all of the requirements of barefoot shoes, they make it easy to find the shoes we recommend on their website with a link in the menu called “Barefoot”. Simply click that link to find all of the shoes that are Alliance approved.
